This picture is maybe not what it seems. Why?
❌ I do very little cardio (not good, but this is reality)
❌ I go to the gym at best 1.5x per week (goal is at least 2x)
❌ I had many ‘gym breaks’ due to external factors (life happens)
However, with this picture I hope to prove that you don’t need to excel at any of these to achieve some level of muscle mass and a low body fat percentage. Or at least: you can be the judge.
Sure as heck not stating that this is my final form and I certainly feel rather uncomfortable to share it publicly, as it’s not in my nature to do this.
I simply feel compelled to share this as I believe it underlines that:
✅ I walk the walk (I do exactly what I teach my clients to do)
✅ It takes little sweat (if done smarter)
✅ You can eat like a royal (if done smarter)
If you’re not happy with your current shape and/or state: don’t beat yourself up. No need to feel guilty.
Try smarter approaches.
Build, measure, learn.
Fail and try again.
You’ll get there.
And if it takes too long, let me know if you need a little 🤝🏻.
Many of my clients feel that it’s important to create a large variety of meals throughout the week. However, the increased cognitive load often counters most of the positive effects. Choose wisely.
