I offer personalized Gift Cards that embody the essence of wellness. These cards are not just gifts; they are an investment in the health journey of a person you care about, by providing them with the knowledge and tools to live a healthier lifestyle on the long-term.

Doubting between corny Christmas/NY gifts no one really wants or something ultra sweet & processed that damages the health of the people you care about? There might be a better option.

In order to give the person (or people) you care about something that allows them to become a better version of themselves, I offer 3 options:

  • 1 month: Massive gains in nutritional knowledge + foundational shifts in mindset
  • 3 months: Actual weight loss + massive improvements in many other aspects of life (i.e. energy, sleep)
  • Full program: A complete transformation (whether it takes 3 months or more)

To make your gift card even more special, I’ll include a customized (and pretty stylish I might add) insulated bottle (EU addresses only).

Not only for the recipient, but also for you as the one who initiated it.

FAQ

Yes. Do note that the physical gift card can only be sent to addresses in the EU (due to practical reasons).

After the gift card is purchased the recipient will get the digital version within a few days and the physical version usually within a week or so.

Yes. On both the digital and physical variant you can include a little personalized message.

In this case I offer the buyer a full refund. If the recipient did start, but changes their mind (this would be a first time) – I’ll refund from the moment that the decision is made by the recipient.

For example if the recipient decides to stop after 2 weeks:

  • 1 month/full package: The buyer will get a refund for 2 weeks
  • 3 months: The buyer will get a refund for 2 months + 2 weeks

Yes. In that case it’s important that either the buyer or recipient communicates this to me (email, the website’s contact form, Whatsapp or a (free) video call) within 3 months after purchase.

For the full program option (and subsequent invoices) the following applies:

If at some point the buyer decides they want to stop payments, it’s important to indicate this to me at least 1 month before the 1st of the month they’d like it halted. 

For example:
– The buyer would like to stop paying from the 1st of March
– The buyer sends me a message before the 1st of February

The recipient can then personally decide to continue the program at their own costs.

I give both parties a (I think) reasonable 3 months to get in touch or plan a call (where the call itself could even be planned after this period). 

If I don’t hear anything from either party, I will reimburse 50% of the paid amount.

I wish I could. But I can’t.

There are always the elements of dedication and effort required from the recipient to make it a success. I try to influence these, but as I’m not directly able to do so I can only bring it to a certain point.

To compensate for this lack of tangibility, I offer all my clients the ability to cancel at any time in case they’re not getting what they were expecting (with some details as indicated).

The amount for the Full Program is the price of 1 month with a recurring invoice for every following month. Naturally. the subsequent invoices will also be sent to the buyer (and not the recipient).

If at some point the buyer decides they want to stop payments, it’s important to indicate this to me at least 1 month before the 1st of the month you’d like it canceled. 

For example:
– The buyer would like to stop paying from 1st of March
– The buyer sends me a message before the 1st of February

The recipient can then personally decide to continue the program at their own costs.

All of my clients thus far have been able to successfully deduct this as cost from their taxable income. However, please take into account that clients normally buy a coaching package for themselves.

Therefore, double check if you’re also eligible to deduct this as costs if you purchase a package for someone else. Naturally, I cannot give any guarantees on either. Perhaps consider to confirm this with a finance professional.

If the gift card is a direct conversion to a product or service that has a certain VAT rate then you need to calculate this rate on the gift card. Hence I included it in the price.

Of course, you’ll be able to get back the VAT if you’re able to deduct this as a business expense.

A 1-on-1 coaching trajectory is like a dance and it takes ‘2 to tango’. Therefore, I will also keep the privilege to stop a cooperation if I feel like something is off. Do note that this would be quite unique, but I’d stop invoicing from that moment onwards (just as when a recipient would cancel).

I detail this (and some other practicalities) in the ‘coaching agreement’ that I always send before we start.
